"Home birth team"

A shout out to the wonderful home birth team who provided me with an amazing experience. The midwives were supportive, friendly and above all else, competent. I was made to feel special, safe and secure. through out the process we were kept informed about all aspects relating to the birth, and all our queries were answered thoroughly and patiently. During the birth the emotional support and encouragement was invaluable. The diligence, care and attention to detail these ladies displayed was truly impressive. After the birth they handled me and my baby with utmost care, kindness and consideration, and did not leave until they were sure that both baby and I were fine. We were given all the necessary information and everything (and everyone) was cleared up, put away and normality allowed to return. The standard of care i received was exceptional and I would strongly encourage anyone having a baby to get in touch with the home birth team.
