"Endoscopy Department - Fantastic Team"

After being very worried about this colonoscopy appointment I was a little concerned about the waiting time (90 mins after appt time) but as soon as I went through both the nurse and the doctor explained why, also I was the last appt of the day which doesn't help. The nurse who saw me initially was very nice and we quickly went through the necessities. The doctor then came through and was very clear and informative. I was moved through immediately and the team were nothing but great. Very friendly and a nice surprise was the young nurse who sat next to me making conversation which apart from a couple of episodes of pain really took my mind from what was happening, although I appreciated everyone's involvement I think this nurse made the whole procedure a lot better for me. I really can not find a fault with the experience and after all the bad press for this hospital I feel obliged to give credit were it's due. Apart from the actual procedure which was bound to be horrible it was truly a better than expected experience. Thank you.
