(as the patient),

I just wanted to say how helpful Jessica Sutton was when she delivered a three wheeled trolley that I can take on the bus for shopping. She came with me and showed me how and when to use the brakes and how to get it on and off the bus.

We were late back but she was delightful. I still need to practice and will do when the weather is a bit warmer.

Thank you for your posting which is reassuring to read regarding the service you have recieved from a member of my team and also to know that you are regaining independence with your outdoor mobility.
