(as the patient),

I wanted to thank Jessica for the pieces of equipment she brought for me to use around the house. I had a stroke recently and one side of my body is quite weak now. I think my GP must have asked the Red Cross people to come and see me, they have brought in very sturdy, substantial bits I won’t be afraid to use. Jessica brought a shower seat that can be adjusted and something to help me get into bed more easily and to stop me falling out when I turn.
