Attended Urology Clinic today (12/2/15) for post op review following my Urological Surgery at Russell Hall (31/10/14). Staff and Nurses were very helpful , the consultant was very attentive, and I have had wonderful after care, which is to continue for next few years. Shows that NHS staff care about their patients, and should be applauded for it. I was here on 6/8/14 for an Endoscopy, and the Nurses were so caring and friendly and did everything they could to maintain my dignity. Also the restaurant staff are lovely, did a lovely breakfast ,very reasonable price as well! NHS is not perfect, but deserves to be praised when it does so much good. Staff who care about their work are priceless.
