"Trauma and orthopedic"

I attended Trauma and Orthopedic at the end of December and I am disappointed at the way I was sent from "pillar to post" on that day .Only when I became upset after having to wait 55 minutes without communication and moved from the treatment room to room 13 I was finally seen by the doctor. It is distressing that patients are treated in this manner without consideration or any explanation . And finally when i left i was told that a follow up appointment would have been sent to me in 2 weeks time ,it is now 6 weeks and still waiting! This is not patient care,it is a disgrace
