Would like to 'thank' the staff in the pathology lab for their kindness and profesionalism when taking blood from my daughter yesterday 10/2/2015. My daughter has special needs and the way they dealt with her went above and beyond! And gave her a knitted teddy for being good ! Thank you

I am glad you found the Phlebotomy service professional throughout your visit and met the individual needs of your daughter. One of our Phlebotomists arranges a ready supply of newly knitted toys for our younger patients to make the blood taking encounter more acceptable and ensure hospital visits of this kind remain a positive experience for our younger patients.
