I attended the Ferndale unit with my father in December 2014. After an extremely upsetting appointment with a consultant. we left very upset and angry the way we were treated. I have since sent an e.mail of complaint to the manager of Ferndale unit also aintree trust and the PALS none of them have responded to my complaint which just about sums the situation up. Disgusting. I am now taking this complaint higher so it is addressed accordingly.
