"vist to my most hated place... dentist"

About: Leeds Dental Hospital

I had to visit Leeds dental institute due to a abscess. I arrived and was ask to sit down and wait as a new computer system was in place. Other people arrived and were given tickets to see someone. Was a bit miffed about that! But everyone on the admin side were very friendly and approachable. After a wait I was told to come back at 13:30 As they were very busy that day. I came back at half past one and waited half an hour then was seen by a dentist and a lady whos name i forget. Felt very at ease with both of them and were both very chatty and friendly. Everything was fully explained. I Was sent for xrays which was done by a gentleman. Again this student was impeccable at putting me as ease and explaining what and why he was doing. Had a 5 minute wait after the xray before James came back to take me for the treatment. Again the dentist and the hygienist put me at ease, told me what options I had and explained everything clearly. After the procedure i was checked by a senior member of the team and given the ok. I can not fault the team at Leeds dental institute. Yes I had to wait a while to see someone, but everyone I dealt with was friendly professional and caring. If the people here are the future of dentistry in the UK We are definitely in safe hands.
