I recently visited Pilgrim Hospital for a colposcopy; the hospital was very tired, but the staff were excellent. The doctor and nurses were extremely caring, they made every effort to make me feel comfortable, but yet extremely professional. I was made to feel valued. I hope that my thanks can be passed to the team on duty on the afternoon of the 9th February
