"Infertility and early pregnancy ward"

I was referred to the consultant for investigation into unexplained infertility. The consultant was a breath of fresh air after seeing one other of your consultants. She was completely unsympathetic and wanted to repeat tests that had already been carried out which meant wasting even more precious time that I didn't have the luxury of having. My new consultant promptly arranged the necessary investigations to be carried out before referring me to the fertility nurse. This feedback is mainly for fertility nurse as she has been amazing from day one. She has a warm and a genuinely caring heart that put me at ease and in a positive place from the moment I met her. She never gave up hope for me and my husband and was reassuring in every monthly visit. She was there to offer advise when I called and got back to me promptly with all my queries and questions during my six month treatment. They even went that extra mile to contact me and check on my wellbeing when she wasn't able to see me. I am so pleased to be able to say that we are now pregnant and I want to thank the fertility nurse for being that positive energy that I needed when I started to give up hope. You are very fortunate and should be very proud to have such a employee and person working in your hospital and is in the early pregnancy ward. I hope to continue to come to Darent Vally hospital throughout my pregnancy and birth.
