I have been attending since October 2014 for s hysterectomy. I had a biopisy that was lost appointments canceled at 8.30 pm the day before. Consultants who are txting while I'm waiting too be seen too. The consultant thought I was there for a bladder complaint not a hysterectomy. The receptionists whi make appointments need to go on customer care training.
