"Great doctor!"

I attended this appointment with a great deal of trepidation, however the lady doctor I saw was absolutely brilliant. I was instantly put at my ease, she had a great sense of humour and was obviously used to dealing with nervous patients. Everything was explained thoroughly and options were explained in detail, though the eventual choice of treatment was left to me. I was left feeling very positive about the whole experience and this purely down to the manner of the doctor I saw. I have to attend another appointment in six weeks and hope to be lucky enough to see the same doctor, if only all doctors took the same approach as this lady potentially embarrassing and difficult consultations would be a thing of the past.
