Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on the NHS Choices website regarding your recent experience of our A&E Service. I am truly sorry that you were repeatedly discharged from A&E without a diagnosis or what would appear to be a thorough examination. We do pride ourselves in the high quality care we give to our patients and on this occasion that quality of care has not been met. I apologise again for this and have forwarded your comments to the staff in A&E in order that they can reflect on your experience for future attendees. I hope your condition improves and I wish you a speedy recovery. Kind regards Lorraine B Lambert Chief Executive
