"Hearing test for my mum"

I went to Bolton Royal Hospital with my mum on the 05/02/15 for a hearing aid test and more or less everyone was extremely helpful and thoughtful. There was only one lady at reception that did not have a clue what she was doing or even what she was talking about, she sent us to the wrong place twice. When we finally saw the doctor who was amazing he really did take good care of my mum and went above and beyond for her. Even listened to her complain about a separate issue where most others would say its not there department of care. I could not say enough nice things about the service we received.
