Lots of Bad things are said about RBH, but from a personal point of view I would like to put into record a wholey different view.From the moment I met my consultant late 10/14 I have been treated in the most kind,polite,gentle,well informed way I could be RBH is Blessed to have a Surgeon of his skill in Medicine,communication and personal contact skills with patients. For Me the consultant are the epitomy of the chap you want in you're corner when you're worried.To extend this statement I also include all the brilliant people in the ENT dept. of which there are many facits,all of whom are too many to mention, who were as equally as Brilliant as the standards afforded to me by the consultant. I wax lyrical about them,his team and the whole of the ENT Staff because I could not have been treated better anywhere.This team leaves Me with a warm glow knowing I have and am being taken care of by The very best of Health professionals I could hope to be blessed to come across. B20 Ward,RBH. I have to make special mention of my nurse and the whole(cleaners to clinitians and all)of Ward B20,RBH. In my diary I have most if not All the names of staff I came into contact with and I just want them to know how grateful I am for their professionalism,,attention to detail,time,kindness and the positive human approach I witnessed both firsthand and with others.Thank you, brilliant Ward B20.
