My youngest daughter managed to slam a door on my eldest daughters fingers resulting in a purple nail and tender finger tip. I first tried the pharmacy for advice but they told me to ring 111. As she was experiencing pins and needles I was told to take her to a and e. I then spoke to a nurse friend to see if hospital was really necessary and she said there could be nerve damage and as she only 6 to get it checked out but to try Cromer as opposed to the busy a and es near me. I rang for advice before I went and they were really helpful but I decided to take her in for them to look at it. The wait was non existent and the staff were all very helpful and understanding. She didn't need any treatment but I wasn't made to feel I'd wasted their time. Over all very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use again for an injury.
"Visit on Sat eve, child trapped finger in door."
