About: Wansbeck Hospital

Due to a unforseen complication i had to be readdmitted this time to ward 6. The service and attention i received was excellent from all departments.. The food was very good. The staff had a sence of humour and all seemed to get along. I am a very observasional person and due to not sleeping well could see the amount of work done during the night etc. What also helped was that you could also have a laugh/banter with the staff. Ward 6 as in ward 7 a credit to the hospital.

Dear Stephen, Sorry to hear about the unforeseen complications brought you back into hospital, that must have been tough for you? It sounds like the ward was a safe, warm and friendly place to recover in and that the food exceeded all your expectations. Excellent stuff, it's just the way we like it. Thank you so much for sharing your review - the teams on both 6 and 7 will be delighted to know they have done all they should to consistently provide you with the care that you needed.
