About: Kingston Hospital

The Coombe Wing admin receptionist was disgraceful in her rude attitude to a sick heart attack patient & relatives. Our mother ended up with further chest pain & in tears. All the nursing staff & HCA's in A&E were kind & professional & could not do enough to help. The staff nurse & student nurse on AAU were welcoming & understanding to our concerns & fears. The hospital bed manager was professional & apologetic for our treatment & again was reasurring & professional. Overall fantastic nursing care let down by one admin member.
