"Treated with efficiency and good humour at X ray dept"

About: Western Infirmary/Gartnavel General / Radiology

(as the patient),

I had occasion to attend the XRay department in early February 2015.

I would like to express my satisfaction with the care and attention given by every member of the department.

I was not sure where the department was and asked a passing porter who gave me clear simple directions. The department was very busy but everyone was treated with efficiency and good humour. Thank you!

I work in a small team in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde which seeks to involve patients and carers in the work of the NHS. The biggest part of my role is in managing feedback projects across the Board area, one of which is Patient Opinion. It is my job to give our patients and carers the opportunity to give us feedback, and to make sure that this is passed to the right people to help us improve the services we provide.

The hospital that I attended was the Western General hospital,Glasgow
