"eye BCC removal"

I have been booked for the removal of the above the procedure has now been cancelled twice. This has been done via GWH l have not been contacted personally. I have been waiting since December 2014 it is now the 5/2/15 with no need date promised. To say l'm upset, angry is an understatment.
