"Outstanding care"

i recenrtly went to A& E by ambulance. The paramedics showed great skill and were very reassuring and helpful, and made me feel calmer and less worried about what was happening to me. I was put on priory ward 4, all the staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for the nurses, I was treated with respect by everyone on that ward.The doctors explained everything about the tests I underwent and told me the results, when I asked, so I always knew what was happening which I found reassuring. even the ladies bringing the meals were friendly and respectful. I have no complaints about any aspects of my care. the visiting hours were good, having all day, which suited everyone of my visitors to fit in with their commitments.
