"Complete disregard to patients in A&E"

Part 1....... I arrived with severe knee injury and major swelling, the reception were very rude and obviously dos not want to be at work. I was dealt with quick, sent to X-ray, no visible breaks, given crutches and disputes being in agony and having a huge laceration across knee from the fall, told to go home and walk on knee....Tried this for 2 days in complete agony and increasing swelling, home visit by doctor who told me to go straight back to A&E and be seen in fracture clinic. After excruciating journey in a taxi unable to bend knee at all, I arrived at A&E and told them my doctor had sent me and their response was to shout at me saying "He cannot do that, imagine of all doctors did this.. We cannot see you!" I have just demanded to be seen and they have reluctantly signed me back in A&E I am sat here and the women on reception are openly and loudly airing their disapproval of my being sent.
