Spent a great Sunday afternoon on 1st Feb watching the Panthers win against the Belfast Giants very exciting game. Great that Nottshc Trust and the Panthers are working together to fight the stigma of Mental Health and promoting Mental wellbeing. Up the Panthers! !

it was a good weekend playing the Belfast Giants and especially winning both games!!!

The "check it out campaign" delivers key messages to all in relation to mental health illness and raising the awareness of mental health can help reduce stigma for all.
