Visited twice this week for different things. Generally hospital staff are great, caring and knowledgable. Two things wrong, 1) admin staff are rubbish. Booked me into wrong clinics twice, second appointment resulting in me taking a day off for nothing. Sort it out. 2) general inefficicies of procedure, like why waste 3 people's time taking me on a bed to "surgery" (an injection) when I can walk? The height levels between hospital and treatment centre means a trolley lift to get you over the slope. This must happen 100 times a day. Move waiting area to main hospital perhaps. Ridiculous.
