"Useful to see someone face to face"

About: Rotherham PCT / Continence service

(as the patient),

A continence nurse came to my home and informed me of the products on offer. I changed some I was using. It’s very useful to see someone face to face.

I support the organisation in making sure that the voice of patients and the public is heard and used in planning services. This involves running events, managing surveys, and building networks with the local community.
