I have recently been a patient at bolton and want to say what a credit staff are. I have suffered a miscarriage and when I attended EPU I was treated with kindness and respect throughout my 3 visits. All the staff I encountered on EPU-the nurses, AP, health care. The 2 consultants I saw were caring and sympathetic and explained everything to me. The anaesthetist and all the theatre staff were fantastic. Felt very safe in their hands after experiencing previous problems with general anaesthetic. I am now recovering and just wanted to say thanks and despite recent challenges bolton have had to overcome the care staff provided to me was excellent.
