"Feels Like Family"

Five years ago we moved into the Mayday area. My 7 year old, as she was at the time, daughter had only recently been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. She was nervous, frightened and unsure of herself, about meeting a whole new lot of staff and didn't know if she was doing things right. The Team at Willows were THE most wonderful people I could have imagined. They were supportive, understanding, caring and made my daughter feel completely at home and relaxed every time she visited. After a while the consultant at Willows retired and a new, fresh and eager Dr S Hart took over. She really is the 'Heart' of the team. She makes my daughter feel like she is visiting Family on her clinic appointments, and I want to thank her and all her staff for caring for my daughter so well and so lovingly.
