"Excellent care, but a little let down"

(as a carer),

We have found everyone at the home-care excellent. We have found the reception staff where we phone for the repeat supplement drinks excellent. But I’m afraid the actual dieticians are very very poor service. We have seen them just once and nothing since, no phone call to see how my husband it getting on just no contact. feel very let down by RDGH Dieticians.

Whilst I am pleased you found the service from the Home care team and our reception team was excellent, I am extremely concerned and sorry that you felt let down by our Dietitian.
