(as the patient),

It was my first visit for a podiatry appointment and it was so very pleasant and professional, it was a very pleasing experience and the health care assistant was just the loveliest person to deal with. I am most satisfied with the care I received and will remember it for a very long time how pleasant a lady to have encountered.
