after being referred here in May 2012 and still getting no diagnosis and logging a complaint gets you no where I am now being referred to a london hospital , the consultants just fob you off with excuses , the secretary doesn't bother writing up and sending reports and test results for months and you struggle to make yourself understood due to the lack of english speaking consultants This dept is stuck in a time warp and needs to realise that if a patient has been referred to a consultant they help that patient not make the matter worse with added stress If you find yourself referred to this dept don't bother and ask to be referred elsewhere if you want anything doing about your health
