"Colonoscopy experience"

I would like to thank the Nurse who took my history on Friday 30th Jan 2015 she made me feel very positive, despite my apprehension. Another nurse who explained her role & put me at ease. The Dr. that went through the pros & cons of the procedure + another doctor who had a very calming influence along with the first. Other nurses were so helpful in keeping my spirits up. We read & hear so much negativity re the NHS, my experience was brilliant all down to the training & continuity of these hard working nurses & doctors that put their heart & soul into they're working lives.
