Why is it now so very difficult to get a DN to visit?

Is it that there are not enough nurses?

A 94 year old friend needed help with dressings after a fall but was made to feel she was not entitled to a home visit.

Ensure the patient, carer or family member voice and experience is heard, acted upon and used to help services know when care and treatment works well and where it can be improved.
