(as a parent/guardian),

Attended A&E on busy Monday afternoon/evening with 13 year old son. even though extremely busy we were cared for extremely well with great communication and prompt treatment.

This is great to hear. Thanks for taking the time to get in touch. Our staff in our Emergency Department do an outstanding job, very often in challenging circumstances. We hope your son is now recovering well. We will pass on your ‘thank you’ to our colleagues in ED.

This feedback was originally posted in February 2015 via the Patient Opinion website. There is presently a technical problem with the NHS Choices website.
