I was on Forest ward before and liked it very much; it was homely. The John Proctor ward is average to good. It is let down when you need somebody at night and sometimes you don't get the care you need depending who is on duty.

I am sorry that you feel your stay on John Procter Ward has not been so good, especially through the night.
