I went to see Kathy for physio on my ankle. She was very friendly and took the time to explain to me what was causing the problem and what needed to be done. I was given easy exercises to do and advised what supports I could buy temporary, until I see a specialist. Kathy answered all questions I asked and I didn’t feel rushed to be seen before the next patient.
