"APCS Orthopaedics: Staff wonderful but the service seemed overloaded"

The quality of service care is excellent. The waiting time to get an appointment is unsatisfactory, I got lucky and was able to be seen on 2 Dec, having been given an original appointment of Feb 2015!

The Dr’s, nurses and staff are wonderful, but the service itself seems overloaded.

It is heartening to know that you were pleased with the care received but found the waiting time unsatisfactory. We take all feedback seriously and aim to improve services as a result of patient feedback. Your feedback is very important as it not only helps us to continue remain motivated but also guides us to make improvements in future.

Thank you once again for taking the time and effort to give us your feedback about APCS. Hope we can continue to provide an excellent service to all our patients and improve on the waiting time.
