About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was very pleased with the whole experience from seeing my GP to receiving my initial appointment. It was pleasing that TRAQS contacted me soon after seeing the GP- I knew then that my referral was being d/w promptly & I wasn't left wondering just how long I was going to have to wait. In fact I didn't have to wait very long at all!
