"Dislocated Shoulder"

About: Macclesfield District General Hospital

On Sunday 19th January I had an accident at home which resulted in me dislocating my right shoulder, my husband brought me to A&E. On arrival the receptioist told me there was a 15-20 minute wait. After I had been waiting for an hour I went up to reception and asked for some pain relief, at that point they realised how long I had been waiting and within minutes a nurse approached me and I was helped into a examination room. From then on I was helped x rayed and my shoulder repaired. All the staff were wonderful unfortunately I cannot remeber any of their names apart from the registrar, so I would like my thanks passed on to all who helped me.
