About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I fell at home. When my knees started to swell I went to the A&E PRH. I was x-rayed and sent home with 25 mins plus waiting time of 1 hr. I was treated well and was very pleased. It was explained clearly to me and would be pleased to attend again if need arose.

I would like to state that over the years and I am now 70 I have never had less than superb care within the NHS and I hope it will continue, it has only got better and better, we are so lucky.
