"my emergency trip to freemen hospital with a suspected heart attack"

(as the patient),

My husband called my gp with what he thought was a heart attack my gp called an ambulance who arrived in about 15 mins and they checked me and took me straight to the freeman hospital where I was immediately treated by dr williams for a heart attack within a couple of hours I was in a recovery room. The drs speedy actions plus the ambulance service and of course dr williams speedy reactions probably saved my life what can I say but thank you all very very much to his team and all the nursing staff
