(as the patient),

The lady I saw at the bladder and bowel clinic was really good. She was very efficient, I was seen quickly and on time. She was so good at putting me at my ease, doing a thorough check, giving me a scan and lots of advice on self-help type of exercises. She really put my mind at rest.
