I want to thank all the staff involved in my care on Saturday night / Sunday morning (1st Feb). From the ambulance crew who took me in to the Royal London Hospital who were really caring. To the staff in the Royal London Hospital A&E department who took care of me once there. Everyone from the porters, to the nurses and doctors. In particular the male doctor, again who's name i didn't get, who was really friendly and professional and ensured i was taken care of when feeling unwell and highly anxious about my heart symptoms. He was very thorough in running a series of tests and also moved me to the Clinical Decision Unit to allow me to get some rest and sleep whilst waiting to have more tests done 6 hours later. I was very impressed also with the facilities and cleanliness of the department and the professionalism of all the staff working there. And finally to the all staff on the CDU who were also very kind and caring and in particular to the Consultant who discharged me from CDU. She was very professional too and also completely non-judgemental in discussing with me my lifestyle choices that were making my heart condition worse and offering to refer me on for further support. I really am truly grateful to her and all the other staff who looked after me that night. Thank you!
