"Update your web site!"

Looked on website at opening hours of minor injury unit. It said till 9pm. It Also said 'website verified on 30/01/2015' (2 days ago). Drive 15 miles to ripon with painfull, swollen, infected knee/leg (having been to harrogate A&E the week before (for 4 hours) & told to leave it & it should be ok, then to my GP 4 days Later, yep it's infected, here's some antibiotics & it'll start improving in a couple of days). Got there at 8:15pm. No-one there. Another member of staff said they've been finishing at 6pm for ages due to cutbacks. Absolutely disgusted. Typical of lots of NHS staff, do the least possible to get there wage, can't even get the basic info right. Currently sat in harrogate A&E again, really happy, hoping they stick a knife in it.
