"Experiance"

I took my eldery mother to A&E at Nth Mid today, and I can only say that the process was. Verry efficient, the staff very friendly and she was admitted to a ward that was staffed by friendly and conciencios nurses, and was very clean. So we spent about four hours between arriving and my mother being put in bed. I can only thank the efficiently and care of all involved, thank you.
