About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

I contacted 111 at about 0330 hrs. The lady who answered was helpful kindly, & efficient.

The ambulance and Paramedics arrived about 20 minutes later. They quickly stopped the bleeding and after inspecting the wound arranged for a medical paramedic to attend.

He arrived shortly. The whole project was carried out very well and I could not have received better treatment. Congratulations on a job very well done.
