I attended the Northern General for surgery to remove a melanoma on my chin. I thought the staff in reception were cheerful and the waiting area was pleasant. I was kept informed of the processes involved in my surgery. I really enjoyed the conversations between the surgical team during surgery. After care was excellent also and very prompt.
