very satisfied with the whole experience from first greeting to seeing the nurse then being told exactly what would happen .Also being told what would happen when I came back in the afternoon,The afternoon appointment would be with the consultant .The consultant was very friendly and explained every thing very clearly and in easy to understand words the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.I would like to thank all staff involved with my visit and would recommend anyone who is attending not to worry or stress about it
