"Therapies Department ground floor St James Wing"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

I would like to mention the team in the Therapies Department ground floor St James Wing. In particular the two Physiotherapists who have been involved in my on going hand therapy. Both physiotherapists have always been understanding, effective, efficient, kind and always making sure I understood what was happening and why. They both have excellent interpersonal skills which are an asset to both the department and the trust which makes patients feel at ease and comfortable. I would also like to mention the reception team in the Therapy Outpatients Department ground floor St James Wing. Unfortunately I don't know their names but on the occasions I have attended there have been either two women on the desk or two women and a young chap. They are really nice people always greeting patients with a smile and a very polite introduction, they are very helpful always happy go that extra mile for both patients and staff if needed. My experience within the Outpatient Therapies Department has always been a positive one, all the staff I have seen or come into contact with are motivated, energetic and give the department a really good feeling

Thank you for taking time to post your kind comments on your experience when attending the therapy department. Your glowing description of the staff in physiotherapy and the clerical staff on the reception desk is greatly appreciated and your comments will be forwarded to the managers of these staff and in turn the staff will be notified. No doubt they will be pleased to learn that their interaction with you has resulted in a positive experience and a really good feeling in the department.
