I was referred to by doctor September last year to BWH, for fertility treatment, as I have PCOS. Having seen the consultant, during the appointment with the consultant, I was advised that I would be given, the Clomid on my next appointment. Following the appointment, my bloods were taken & I was sent for a dye scan. I received a letter for 7th January, a month or so later, I received a letter cancelling that appointment & another one was made for 18th February. Over the Christmas period, I then received another letter advising me that the above appoinment had been cancelled & one scheduled for 4th March. I came home yesterday (29/01/15) to yet another cancelling my appointment on 4th March, this time been arranged for 17th June. We have never been give a valid reason why the appointments have been cancelled & as you can imagine, it is a stressful time anyway, let alone appointments constantly been cancelled. By the time 17th June has come round, it will be 8-9 months since we last seen the consultant. I am very unhappy with this, it is adding further to the stress & anxiety I am already suffering.
